2014 Annual APA Colorado Conference
October 1st - 3rd
Crested Butte, Colorado
Online Registration and early bird discounts are now over!
But, you can still register onsite, just at a slightly higher rate.
Join APA Colorado in beautiful Crested Butte for the 2014 annual State Conference. Engaging keynote speakers, education sessions, and mobile tours will offer new ideas —along with the opportunity to earn up to 16 CM credits. Network with fellow planners in a great fall setting and develop new professional contacts. Conference themes will address sustainability and resource management issues, regional cooperation, zoning code and master plan development, community resiliency in the face of natural disasters, planning ethics and legal issues—all contributing to making great communities happen.
This year the conference will begin in earnest on Wednesday with lunch and an openin speaker, followed by your choice of a workshop or two sessions. Plan on a full day Thursday with our Keynote, William Anderson, APA President followed by sessions, round table discussions at lunch and concluding with the Awards Celebration. End your conference on Friday after attending the closing plenary lunch, followed by a Flood Recovery Workshop, Planning Commissioner Workshop, AICP Exam Workshop or planning breakout sessions. The final event....a Pub Crawls through historic Crested Butte. That's right - no Saturday sessions or workshops.
We hope to see you in Crested Butte this October.
