Resilient Communities and Watersheds, a joint-program of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and Sonoran Institute is pleased to announce their new Colorado Community Assistance Program | Growing Water Smart!

In the face of increasing uncertainty, one thing is certain, Colorado is experiencing tremendous growth. This presents an opportunity to build more resilient communities that steward watersheds and Colorado's ways of life. The Colorado Water Plan laid out some goals. We're helping communities help the state achieve them.
