True North: Innovation, Preservation, P3 & Infill

Longmont - Loveland - Fort Collins

June 25, 2015 from 11:30 am - 6:00 p.m.

Thursday, June 25th || 11:30 Bus from Denver || 1:30pm-6:00pm Program || Block One, 420 Linden Street, Fort Collins Creative culture and development has spread big time to Northern Colorado. Often named one of the most livable small cities, Fort Collins is leveraging CSU to infill its downtown, launch a bus-rapid transit system, and attract corporate expansion such as the new $250 million Woodward HQ. Loveland is building on its local bronze foundries and historic downtown to develop arts and creative culture. Fast-growing Longmont has innovative P3s to recycle a dead mall and turkey processing plant. Soon the new Bustang transit service will link these three communities to Boulder and Denver. The craft beer flows just as fast and deep as down south, so come experience for yourselves with the leaders of Northern Colorado real estate.
