The Transportation Management Organization (TMO) Executive Director is a highly responsible administrative and professional position, which oversees the Transportation Management Organization for the North Area Transportation Alliance (NATA) under the general direction of the NATA Board of Directors. This position works closely with a wide variety of key stakeholders in the private and public sector to advocate for and implement short- and long-term transportation improvements along priority corridors in the NATA service area, including the North I-25 Corridor, and segments of U.S. 85, I-76, I-270, and State Highways 119, 52, 7, and 2. This position will require skills in transportation policy, planning, and programming, along with the ability to manage a non-profit organization. Work will focus on a wide variety of special projects and administrative tasks, including the general start-up of the TMO. Position will have contact with citizens, businesses, elected officials, municipal staff, and other governmental officials. Position will be directly involved with high-level administration duties, which requires excellent writing and oral communication skills and competence in program coordination.
