LODGING

Room blocks for the conference have been secured at Keystone Lodge & Spa, Conference Village condominiums and the Hyatt Place. Once these reach capacity, additional venues will be made available if needed. Please consider staying at our designated host hotels. The conference and our Chapter benefit from your stay as our room blocks help us negotiate more competitive rates for you in the future.

Taxes:  12.02% Room & Fee tax (current, but subject to change) See tax exemption proceedures below.

Tax Exempt:

Keystone Lodge & Condos: Guests that call reservations will receive an email confirmation letter that contains a link to fill out exemption paperwork in advance. Otherwise, a copy of a tax-exempt form and payment to match exempt organization are required upon arrival.

Hyatt Place: Here at the Hyatt Place we are unable to remove the taxes; this differs from some of our other properties within Keystone Resort because we are on a different system. The exemption process is done directly with the state. Attached is the Claim of Refund form that you will need to fill out and submit directly to the state.
