Data-driven Sustainability Planning

Lakewood's first communitywide Sustainability Plan is a data-driven, metric-based plan designed to help local leaders prioritize decisions that improve the quality of life in Lakewood both today and tomorrow. The City collaborated closely with sustainability professionals, business leaders, and residents to create a dynamic plan that stays off the shelf and helps shape City operations and community initiatives.

Signaling a willingness to do our part, Fort Collins developed aspirational goals and a plan to guide our transition to a more efficient and resilient community.

A Bigger Vision for the Big T: A Recreation and Conservation Assessment

Larimer County and the City of Loveland, in partnership with the Big Thompson River Restoration Coalition and others, worked together to develop a plan that would restore and enhance public recreational opportunities and conserve lands along 40 miles of the Big Thompson River following catastrophic flooding in 2013.
